Custom Vinyl Products Windows & Doors helped homeowners Steve and Elena convert their screened patio to an all-season sunroom. The homeowners kicked off the project by modifying the openings and framing in the porch. CVP custom-fabricated doors to fit the openings and maximize the view of the Chickahominy River. CVP also trimmed the exterior to seamlessly tie the new patio doors in to the existing trim.
Steve and Elena are thrilled with the results. "Working with Barry Taylor and the Custom Vinyl team was such a pleasure," said Elena. "They took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to do. They offered options and explained the entire process. Everything was great. Even when we had a defective window. Barry caught it right away and said 'we're going to fix it.' We didn't notice and I'd imagine other companies would let it go. Not CVP. They even came to check on it after hours."
CVP helped a Hokie in Williamsburg improve his backyard for Labor Day weekend. Here's the "before-and-after" of his french to sliding glass door replacement project.
This spacious patio home features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large sunroom, and a wraparound deck overlooking 14th Green of the Kingsmill River Course. Built in the 1990's, the original wood doors and windows were degrading, which offered poor insulation and made it hard for the homeowner to enjoy his view.
CVP provided a full home replacement with a combination of windows, fixed door panels, and patio doors. A unique feature of the job is the custom-color finish on the interior frames. The homeowner chose a rich chestnut finish to complement the home's stained wood trim and molding. The exterior window frame is white vinyl and is compliant with the Kingsmill HOA community guidelines.
CVP installed custom-built, energy-efficient vinyl windows for a homeowner in the Kiln Creek neighborhood in Newport News. Like many of her neighbors, the owner was ready for an affordable fix for her aged and rotting wood windows.
This home remodeling project on the banks of the Hampton River in Hampton, VA gave a classic 1980's ranch a dramatic makeover. CVP custom-built and installed 16 windows to frame the waterfront view and create more natural light. Prior to installation, the owners visited the CVP showroom and factory just 20 miles up the road in Newport News. General Manager Don Peinado helped them choose the sizes, options, and features on maintenance-free vinyl windows to suit their style.
